The Gauss Gun of the Classified Operator has friendly fire. It even kills yourself if you have to fire at a creep near you.

The Marines of the Commander still fire when they're stucked. Also, they try to run out 2 times and then never again.

They try it. But still, they fire and use skills.

The NPC Security Officer has the skill Self heal, but somehow he can't use it.

Some of the NPC skills still need mana, in this case ammo. Maybe you could remove the manacost for the NPCskills?

When dead, the marines that spawn at Q7 / Q16 (end of chap 1 + chap 2) always get out of ammo at 0 mana.
I'm using jump/sprint alot so i'm running out of ammo.

Is it just me that has this problem or is it a coincidence that I always reload at 0 mana?

At the teleporter quest, the last unit didn't want to enter the RC 601, so every other unit of them gathered around the circle. After i unbugged the one, they were so many they didn't run back to the despawnpoint.

On recycle: attack removed (I.E safety used) and skills not usable

If you mean the NPC under AI control, they use it only when their life is under 25% their max life.

There was the normal jump: mana cost removed (but also for heroes actually)
The Firebat burst fire is considered as ammo user, so it's normal.
Self heal mana cost removed for NPC SEO
