As said on the login page, the dev state is "alpha". Simply, it's easier for me to use an online version than local (especially cause I do not use a dedicated server for the online version).

So you might tried when I was updating files Very Happy

I added 14 ships per race. (Ship = units). I'll have to balance them and add descriptions. Unfortunately, it seems it's not possible to prevent them to be used by races at the moment :/

A little stuff to do: Add an "Abort Production"-Button to the Barracks, Defense and this stuff. It's takin' some time to produce 5000 Rocket Launchers ... Very Happy

Yup. Anyway the current online version is completely bugged and limited, I have to recode things myself. Which means it's only for tests, all accounts you guys have will not be kept. Actually I should better delete the current folder^^

Ah. Finally got it: different buildings/defences/researchs/units per race.

Current races: Humain, Zombie, Cyborg, Mutant.

2 players of the same race can not attack themselves, but I will remove this.

I also need to create the buildings/defences/researches for the zombies/mutants/cyborgs, as well as complete the text for all units (dozen hours of work, I will do this later).

Delta-Dude accepted to work on the pictures, but it might be very long to.

There might be bugs with the resource I added (credits, in order to grant special units for donators) and some other mods I found.

@Dark_Warlock, Abort Production: why not...once I understand the code (which is quite "manual" and hard to read/understand).
@Namorax: the chat will be removed; the chatbox here will be fine.

Why not make the descriptions "open source"? You put in a General Description and then you appoint 5 or 10 Beta-Tester to fill in the rest.
They send you their suggested Descriptions and you can pick those you like.

Sure, that's a good idea. But before adding description, I need to know what tech tree I will create. And before drawing the tech tree, I need to create the code objects.

By the way, 17 researchs per race added (except human, which already has a tree).

i got some ideas for mutant race

anbiotic synthesis -- increase reflexs 10%
microbial defenses-- increase virus defense?
sub-dermal plates-- increase armor
Psionc-- (i spelled it wrong) teleketic power due to airbourn virus? -- i did that in a DnD game
Gene Sequencing-- increase health by 1%
symbiotic relationship-- gets like a zombie familiar

i can go into more detail if u need

i also just got an idea for human---C10 CANISTER RIFLE <--- import from original star craft Smile

Another little tip for you: Human, not Humain Smile Besides of that, you should think over the balance of the building time: More than 20 hours for an basic building lvl 10? Probably you should rescale that.

Try to build Engineering schools. They can cut down Building times a lot... Do you know how to build Outposts?

-(Sending) Blackmail use is forbidden;.

- You have 48 hours to return resources that are obtained from a push. (totally redesigned sentance)

Some examples fo of push (pushes OR a push depending on how you want to say it.)(they are more)

- A weaker player send (sends) resources to a better (higher) ranked player

- A suicidary (''feeding'') army is sent to a better (higher) ranked player in order to allow the player to recycle the debris field.

Recyclage (recycling) help:
- After helping a player to collect (a) debris field, you are allowed to transfer the resources to the better (higher) ranked player;for (in order to do) this you have to send an email to the operator of the universe.

Mercenaryship (needs a space in the middle ''Mercenary ships'' this should be applied everywhere):
- Mercenaryship have to be written (announced) in the official forum (forums) in order to be allowed (to make it legal). If they are not allowed (legally) on the official forum, they will be considered as push
- During a Mercenaryship ( Mercenary ship event), the reward can be given only (only be given) if the target has been destroyed.

-Take (making) benefit from a bug/glitch is forbidden.

- If you find a bug, please send immediatly an e-mail to the staff, or report it on the forum. (please report it by sending an e-mail to the staff or reporting it on the forums)

I started working on the race techtree (not finished at all, of course).

Human: the base (like in any game: average units/prices/power/speed etc.)
Zombies: very cheap production, slow movement, bad defence
Mutant: fast movement, good attack power.
Cyborg: expansive production, good defense and attack power.

It's meant to be like that. You should go play some similar games (e.g. Ogame). These types of games are meant to last years. You'll eventually run into buildings that take weeks to build Wink

whats the downside of mutants?

---

- change to "Research Engineering" to "Research" or "Research Center"
- Ressource Swap is 2 times in the menu (one called ressource swap and one called Marchand)
- a way to change the name of a base would be cool
- i know its hard work but: a better explanation what every level of a certain building/research provides would be helpful (e.g. 10% reduced construction time, or +5% energy production) some already have a description but not all
- i like the officers but they seem to be very very strong


more thoughts will come later
