Hero Name: Field Medic
Hero Role: Heal / Support
Hero Description: Like a Biologist, the Field Medic is trained to heal wounds, poisons and fractures of any kind.
Hero Weapon: Remington
Hero Secondary Weapon: Desert Eagle
Suggested Rank: Should be available at around 20k exp.

Skills
Skill #1: Healing Injection
Effect #1: 100 Health points restored, increased by 50 each level + 50 Health restored over 10 sec, +10 each level
Description #1: A sepcial kind of injection, which will immeadiatly heal open wounds.

Skill #2: Defib
Effect #1: Resurrects a dead player, 360 seconds cooldown at level 1, -30 seconds cooldown each level
Description #2: [Insert Defib description here]

Skill #3: Improved Ion Solution
Effect #3: Like the Bio's Ion Solution, but with +15 heal per use

Bookskill #1: Cure Poison

Description #5b: The Field Medic is trained to use many natural ressources to cure different posions.

Bookskill #6: Healing Nanite Storm
Effect #6: The normal Tranquility, regenerates 15 HP/sec for 20 seconds, on an 800 AOE. Channeling. Reducing the Energy regeneration to 0% for 15 seconds.
Description #6: With releasing a massive cloud of healing nanites, the Field Medic is able to cause a massive heal on a large AOE on the cost of his mana regeneration.

Notes:
 

Since the Health is supposed to be a problem, theres a (in my opinion) a good solution to it and (also in my opinion) a great support for the team. And yes, I was bored. Also wanted to show a more or less good formatted hero suggestion ...

i would move the create bandage/vaccine spell to a lower level and give him a create immunity at the higher level (ofc with a decent cooldown and manacost)
and give him the bios side mission

i would give this class at least 1-2 damage spells, in stead of gunning down evolved/sustained/projects.

If Instant Immunity would be added, the rank should be higher then. Also, Bandage Packs and Vaccines are also fine.

This reminds me of BI v2.0 or a Mix between Classified Operator and Biologist. Classified Biologist?

Anyway, he has VERY limited self defense possibilities, Bi was at least able to turn around the strongest creep and let it fight the other creeps. This hero is totally depending on the team for cover.

I "strongly" suggest giving him Stealth-Abilities like the FR has (do NOT just add Zombie-Walk^^). Good Stealth abilities and maybe a 2k Close Range Attack, so the player can sneak up to a Project, give it a "lethal" Injection (Poison maybe?) go into stealth mode again and walk away.

Actually he is supposed to be like this. It's quite a teamplay hero which is supposed to hold the team alive and support it with useables. Besides, as a conclusion to the weak self defense, this hero will get the Desert Eagle, which isn't such a bad secondary against zombie hordes.

how about adding like the phermone thing that bio has so they can control zombies either that or make em create reloader and then add other skills to help defend itself.

Isn't a Desert Eagle enough to defend yourself against a horde? Does every hero need to be able to take down EVERYTHING on his own?

He isn't supposed to fight alone against bosses.

I agree with Dark on this hero is fine its meant purely for team work and not the "run and gun" strategy that many heros have

EDIT: sry I am shit with words today meant the killing a ton of shit while standing still(this doesnt make any sense does it?)

Actually, every hero - also this one - is supposed to use the hit & run strategy. In this case, he just didn't got a special skill for it like others. He has to you his secondary gun to kill zombie hordes.

He is just there to provide support. How often do you wish for an healer? How often do you wish for a bandage pack? Or for a cured fracture?

It's just the solution to those problems. Through the skills for creating bandage packs and vaccines, he is also able to create a little stock for later use.

But all this has a cost: He has a weak defense. He would team up very well with an tank, for example.

I still think he should have a little extra (besides the Deagle). All he has is heal. And a Gun. Sounds awfully... well... I dont know the word.
But the others have a decent gun (Main+SideArm) AND a few abilities that help survive.

Bio-> Can Heal and can turn Zombies. Also has a Team-Friendly Anti-Zombie AoE.
CT->Can Heal and has very useful Knockback. And +100% Attackspeed ability-

FM->Can heal... and gets the Deagle. Yay...

i really think he needs something like phermone shot to control zombies like Bio or some other effect to save him. I mean cmon now he's not going to just sit there next to a tank hero and just give supplies and stuff dude. People are going to want to be like COOL, AWESOME THAT'S NEAT not yay im somebody's slave..

Stimpack= Increased Attackspeed
Remington=Weapon with knockback

Stimpack+remington= lots of Knockback in a short time...

The FM can heal himself a lot better then the CT, so he would make the CT useless.

I still say give him stealth, since not a lot of characters have this ability. We need more sneaking heroes^^

For the attackspeed ... I suggested it with the Emergency Fire Mode. That is EXACTLY the same like the CT has. Besides, the CT isn't a real healer, he can give awesome support with his acids. So the CT isn't useless.

Also, his healing buff is over time and without the book, it doesn't heal instantly, but increases movementspeed.

All in all, the Field Medic can defeat hordes of enemies with the Desert Eagle and can keep bosses on distance with the Emergency Fire Mode and his Remington. This hero is supposed to be an hero for teamplayers.

Well, if you think a Deagle is enough then it looks like I cant convince you otherwise. I still think we need more Stealth Heroes. And Heal/Stealth would be a pretty nice or at least interesting combination.

Healers also dont walk around packing a Deagle as their main offense... Wink

I consider BI as Heal/Support, CT as Heal/Damage... why not a Healer who can move through the hordes of Creeps to reach a Player whos about to die for good?

Sometimes the CT/BI could never reach some Players in time because they (the healers) would die because all the zombs are hitting them while they walk past. Or would you go near a corps thats swarming with evolved Omicrons, even though the poor sucker is on his last 10s?

i vote for a zombiewalk without movespeed penalty and like 30sec duration/60sec cooldown

would make it possible to sneak through zombies if needed but doenst make him sit in a corner wiht safty on

Fine ... you reach the corpse to save his live. And then? The hord will kill both, the medic as well as saved one. Besides, there are creeps with true sight, which means the death for the medic amongst a zombie horde.

Why not make the stealth similar to the FRs? If I remember correctly, it automatically disguises the hero. Why not the same for thr FM? He revives, gets stealthed 1s later and ca try to get away.
